Question : Do you take money from the maids to give jobs?

Answer : We have pledged to offer free employment opportunities to the deprived women community of our society, charging any fee from them is against our pledge.

Question : What is the salary structure of the maid?

Answer : After analyzing the industry and the maid’s point of view, we have made the following salary structure which helps the maid to stay content with our customer for a long tenure.

Question : How much charge will a client have to pay hire a maid?

Answer : Our one-time service charges are fixed and vary based on the size of the home and the specific services required. Kindly Refer Above Chart if You want details of Maid Salary Structure.

Question : Is your maid reliable?

Answer : The scrutiny process of the maid’s documents viz. Aadhar Card & Pan Card and personal details along with location of residence and criminal record check from an independent agency make the maid more observant and attentive, averting them from involvement in any malpractices.

Question : What if your maid leaves the job?

Answer : If the maid leaves or our customer fires the maid, we offer free replacements for the entire twelve months.

Question : What if your maid leaves the job without intimation?

Answer : During the preliminary interview we give standing instructions to the maid to give 14 days prior notice before leaving the job or else their salary will not be settled. The same clause is even mentioned in the rules and regulations which we get signed from the maid.

Question : Do you conduct police verification online?

Answer : We do a criminal record check, on the customers demand from an independent agency which gives the record of the maid of last 5 years

Question : How many holidays will the maid take in a month?

Answer : The maid is allowed for 2 holidays in a month.

Question : Can the customer deduct the salary of the maid if she takes more than two leaves in a month?

Answer : Yes, the customer can deduct the salary of the maid if she takes more than 2 leaves in a month.

Question : Does the maid have any disease / allergies?

Answer : During the preliminary interview we inquire about the diseases / allergies with the maid. Maids with health issues are rejected.

Question : Does the customer have to give clothes to the maid?

Answer : No. Maid will bring her own clothes.

Question : Does the customer have to pay a bonus to the maid?

Answer : Paying a bonus is not mandatory. Bonus can be paid after successful completion of a certain period. Generally after a year.

Question : What is the salary date of the maid?

Answer : Salary can be given between 1 st to 10 th of every month.

Answer : We are a government recognized organization. We have the Government's MSME registration certificate along with ISO 9001: 2015 certification.

Question : Do I have to pay the professional fee again after one year?

Answer : No. Once the maid is placed at your home, she can work with you for a lifetime.

Question : Would you conduct a blood test / COVID19 test of the maid before sending her to us?

Answer : We can arrange a blood / COVID 19 test of the maid. Charges have to be paid by the customer.
